Why "Dear Abba"?

“Abba” is a deeply intimate term that Jesus used when addressing God in prayer, meaning “Father” or “Daddy.” This challenge invites you to connect with God as your loving Father—someone who knows you intimately, cares deeply about your needs, and desires a close relationship with you.

By addressing God as “Abba,” we are reminded that we are His beloved children. We can come to Him with every worry, every joy, and every need, trusting that He is both willing and able to provide for us.

2. Daily Prayer:Pray a guided prayer that invites you to surrender your worries to God and trust in His care. These prayers will help you deepen your relationship with your Heavenly Father and invite His presence into your daily life.

3. Affirmations:Declare daily affirmations of faith and trust over your life. Speak God’s truth into your circumstances, and watch as your mindset shifts from fear and doubt to confidence and peace.

4. Reflection:Take a few moments to reflect on how God is speaking to you. Journal your thoughts, insights, and prayers. This practice will help you stay present and mindful of how God is moving in your life.

Week 2 Preview: God’s Provision

We will focus on trusting God to meet our every need—physical, emotional, spiritual, and financial. We’ll remind ourselves that God is a loving Father who cares for us deeply, just as He cares for the birds of the air and the flowers of the field. You’ll declare these truths daily:

-God provides for all my needs according to His riches.

I trust God to supply everything I need.

My Father in heaven is generous and kind.I receive God's blessings with gratitude and humility.

God is faithful to care for me, just as He cares for the birds and flowers.**

As you affirm God’s provision over your life, you’ll begin to see how He is working, even in the small details.
