But if we hope for what we do not see, e we wait for it with patience.
Last week I was busy working overtime and I had moments when I was so tired of the struggle. I felt myself wanting to complain and disappointment trying to grind my heart into despair. I was trying not to be mad at the process that seemed to be so long and drawn out. Until two things happened, I met with my BetterHelp therapist and talked about the emotional, and he said, “Tierra seems like you just need patience”. I wanted to be upset because I felt like I had been waiting a long time, but the reality was, even if you wait without growing up, you’re not waiting at all. Then I went to church last Sunday, and they had tables setup with different groups to sign up for, and I walked up to look around and introduced myself to the connected church and as we talked, I told him about my business. Guess what he said. “Yep, got to fund the vision”. Now, let's make something clear. I know I have to work, but my mindset for going to work shifted at that moment. I realized I was going to work to find the vision God had given me. I wasn’t just working my life away.

What about you? What mindset shift do you need? I learned a big lesson at that moment, and it’s helped me to get up every day and keep going to work with joy.
Okay, I forgot one more thing. I was driving in the car with my sister and telling her about financial problems. Then we laughed about me not having patience. Then she said” Tierra, you don’t have patience, but you do have endurance”. This blessed my heart because when someone knows you better than anyone, can put out an area from an accountability perspective. It helped me and gave me joy.
Endurance is something that can seem painful and hard some days, but you decide to keep going and pushing through life struggles or challenges. I think this has helped me overcome a lot up to this point. What does endurance look like for you?

Three things that I have learned over the last week:
Patience
Mindset Shift
Endurance
Bonus Tip: We have to pray without ceasing and not giving up. Spend everyday abiding in his presence in some way. While I’m at work. I try to pray and think about Jesus and Abba goodness.
With all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love,
Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer.
And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.
Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for him; fret not yourself over the one who prospers in his way, over the man who carries out evil devices! Refrain from anger, and forsake wrath! Fret not yourself; it tends only to evil. For the evildoers shall be cut off, but those who wait for the Lord shall inherit the land.
Also, don't forget to grab my new prayer journal and Bible study planner. Time to Grow deeper!
